Learning Platform Access Issues
This guide will help you if you are having issues
accessing your course page and/or links for a LiveWeb class.
· First thing to check- please ensure you
are logged on to your SAS profile.
· If you see the highlighted icon
below without your username beside it, then you are not logged in.
· Click the highlighted icon above to
initiate SAS profile login as pictured below.
· If you do not have a SAS profile,
choose new user option at bottom of page, and follow prompts. Once you have
activated your SAS profile, then return to this guide.
· After login you should see your name
as highlighted below
· Next click on ‘My Training’
· You will see a page like below.
· If you have completed course
activation your course page will be listed here as highlighted below
· If you see an empty course library
like below, or you do not see your course, then the activation process has not
been completed successfully.
· To activate course, click the
activation link from your invite email as highlighted below.
· If you are having issues with the
link or local security settings are preventing it from opening correctly you
can enter the code manually.
· Right click on the link, then copy
and paste into notepad app or similar.
· It will look like this: https://support.sas.com/edu/viewmyelearn?activationCode=A1234567DEGLW
· The activation code is in plaintext
after the = in url, so this example is A1234567DEGLW
· Make a note of this code and click
on ‘activate product’ link (No.1 below)
· Then type or paste the code into the
new window (No. 2 below)
· Click ‘activate’ (No. 3 below)
· You should now see your course
listed under library.
· If you cannot see your classroom and
lab links, please scroll down the page as they are located below the course
video.
